Horizon Employment Readiness Program

Build confidence. Develop skills.
Move toward employment.

Horizon supports adults who experience barriers to employment. Through practical learning, workplace experience and individualized support, participants build workplace skills, practice routines and explore their employment goals.

With three 10-week streams, Horizon offers a starting point that fits each participant’s needs and current readiness.

Who is Horizon for?

Horizon is for people who are:

  • Aged 18 or older

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

  • Unemployed at intake

  • Experiencing barriers to employment

You don’t need to know which stream is right for you. During intake, our team gets to know your goals, needs and current readiness, then helps you find the best starting point.
