Derrick’s Journey
When Derrick first came to Ruth & Naomi’s Mission, he was exhausted and overwhelmed.
We offered Derrick a safe place to continue his recovery, and something he didn’t expect: consistency, community, and people who wouldn’t give up on him.
Over time, trust grew. Barriers came down. And today, Derrick is thriving, rebuilding family relationships, planning for the future, and becoming a leader among his peers.
That transformation didn’t happen by chance.
It happened because someone walked beside him, and because supporters like you made that support possible.

Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we’re expanding our program to offer individualized recovery pathways, meeting people where they’re at, and supporting them in ways that truly work for their lives.
Each participant’s journey is different, and each plan is tailored with dignity and care.

Your Easter Gift Can Provide:
$25 – A welcome and comfort package for 1 participant beginning recovery
$40 - Art therapy supplies for 1 participant in early recovery
$50 – One life-skills coaching session for a participant beginning recovery
$100 – One hour of addictions counselling for 1 participant
$250 - Two outdoor education or physical wellness sessions for 2 participants
