Welcome to The Grove!
We’re honoured to share that The Grove has officially opened its doors here at Ruth & Naomi’s.
This 42-bed shelter is designed specifically for seniors (55+) who are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. At The Grove, each guest has their own private room with a bed and secure storage, along with access to shared washrooms, laundry, and three daily meals.
But it’s about more than just a safe place to stay. Guests will also be connected with case management, health and housing referrals, and programs that build skills and confidence for the future.
“The Grove is more than a shelter – it’s a place of safety, support, and belonging.”
We’re deeply thankful for the partnership of BC Housing and the City of Chilliwack as we respond to the urgent and growing need among older adults in our community.
